    Corded vs Cordless Drill
    With increasing popularity of cordless drills it seems that everyone forgot about good old school corded drill. It is obvious that cordless drills have the advantage of portability and you don't have to drag around the extension cord. However beside this advantage, cordless drills have several disadvantages. Main disadvantage of cordless drills are the batteries they may last several years but a quality corded drill will last DIY-er a lifetime and if he will take a good care of it it will last for generations.

    What do you get for the money?
    Well known manufacturers like Makita or Dewalt make their products in several different price ranges. Metal gear housing, for example is a nice future that increases durability of drill, the same goes for chuck.
